The Friulana CH screen is a chain-driven, self-cleaning, multirake bar screen specifically designed for the treatment and removal of solids from sewage and wastewater channels. The cleaning combs extract material halted by the bar screen; due to the rotating movement of the chain, debris is discharged by a counter comb and directed into a chute that conveys them into a container or another machine for transport or further treatment. This equipment is controlled via a local control panel, which manages its function in both “automatic” and “manual” modes and detects any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
